Since March 30, 2018, China Mobile Tianjin Company has opened the Tianjin Open Laboratory of China Mobile 5G Joint Innovation Center. By May 17, 2020, Chen Zhaoxiong, Vice Minister of Industry and Information Technology, said that China's 5G commercial use has accelerated. At present, more than 200000 5G base stations have been opened, and the door to China's 5G era has been opened.

The 5G base station is the core equipment of the 5G network, providing wireless coverage and realizing wireless signal transmission between the wired communication network and the wireless terminal. 5G base station AAU adopts Massive MIMO (large-scale multi-input multi-output) technology, resulting in increased equipment power. The power of 5G base station is about 3-4 times that of 4G base station. Therefore, higher requirements are placed on electronic components used in 5G base station power supply. In particular, capacitors need to have greater ripple resistance and charging resistance. Traditional liquid aluminum electrolytic capacitors and common solid capacitors are difficult to meet.

In order to meet the relevant requirements of 5G base station such as high power, it is necessary to further improve the ripple current resistance and charge and discharge resistance of solid capacitors, improve the competitive advantage of independent products, research and develop new conductive polymer chemical materials, polymer liquid formula and material optimization, and develop new production processes to reduce the high frequency impedance value and leakage current value of products, let the product have excellent characteristics of high ripple resistance, charge and discharge resistance, safety, environmental protection, ultra-low impedance and high stability, so that the solid-state capacitor can still work normally under the environment of high ripple current and high frequency switch, thus improving the stability of the circuit.Qualitative and safety.
