Create excellent enterprise management, create elite groups

-- Emerald Management Elite Special Training Camp NO. Phase 1

With the passionate summer and the rhythm of flowers blooming, we walked into the hot August together to meet new challenges. On August 8, 2020, Emerald held the first special training camp for management elites at the National Defense Education Base of Zhaoqing City, and conducted a two-day closed training camp for 50 management cadres. The guests participating in this special training include Mr. Liu Yongpeng, president of Qixingtang, Mr. Gao Zhengxian, chief lecturer, Ms. Xu Yan, honorary president, Mr. Zhou Zhijun, vice president, Mr. Ying Jun and Mr. Chen Weiwei.

 

In this special training, Chairman Liu Yongpeng elaborated the development strategy of emeralds from the aspects of industry trend, current situation of the company and strategic planning. Chief lecturer Mr. Gao Zhengxian carried out special courses on the initiation, planning, implementation and monitoring, change management, project delivery and summary of project management. Ms. Liao Qiong, director of the office, conducted training on corporate culture on corporate mission, vision, core values and principles of being a person and doing things; mr. Ding Mingjun, deputy general manager, gave a course explanation on the formulation, decomposition, formulation of achievement methods, follow-up of target management and implementation assessment and evaluation of the annual target. Teacher Ying Jun started from the manager's self-awareness and gave a comprehensive explanation of what is good at the top, good at the middle and good at the middle. Through the case of the marketing department, he showed how to plan the department's annual work content and objectives and conduct group discussions; mr. Fan Zhenheng of the Finance Department expounds the three components of cost materials, labor and expenses from the perspective of input, and tells everyone how to do fine cost management to reduce management costs from the perspective of output. During the training period, there were group building games and two group discussion activities, including how to be an excellent management cadre and the demonstration of the department's cost-down plan. What was extremely surprising was that a number of rookies emerged in the demonstration link, with unlimited potential and endless waves.

After two days of high-intensity special training from day to night, the students were fully engaged, actively interacted and shared. Training and practical exercises deepen the understanding of the course, so that students can achieve the unity of knowledge and practice in their future work. Finally, Chairman Liu Yongpeng made a concluding speech on this issue of the management elite special training camp, expressing his recognition of the activities, expressing gratitude to the hard-working teachers, and full of expectations for the students!

 

After the training of this special training, the students have gained a lot, and we are also looking forward to the next challenge.
